CompTIA continues to publish resources and host webinars to help all members adjust to the new realities we are all confronting.
Just today, CompTIA's advocacy team published a great post titled "Here’s What Tech Businesses Need to Know about the CARES Act." In addition to in-depth analysis of the CARES Act, there is a PDF you can download that highlights 10 things you need to understand to properly take advantage of the funding options.
Another recent posting focused on "How to Keep Your Clients During an Economic Downturn" and featured advice from Tracie Orisko, executive council member of CompTIA’s Canadian Business Technology Community and president of Managed Sales Pros. It's a worthwhile read that may provide you with some take away's to help your clients.
Empathy is the strategy of the day if you ask me. Clients will appreciate an empathetic approach and a willingness to find win-win solutions to the challenges of the day.
In addition to postings like this, CompTIA is also hosting a series of webinars to help members. One recent webinar was with R. Michael Anderson -TheTechnology Leadership Insider; who shared his experience, how he mitigates risk, how he survived and also how he thrived during challenging times. View the recording here.
